Temperatures

So, it was negative 30 degrees just this Wednesday and then the next two days it was positive 15 degrees?! That's a temperature change of 45 degrees, overnight! Very weird.. I find this place very strange but still interesting.. Would I want to live here for the rest of my life? No way! But, I must say it is a unique and very interesting place to live up here.


I am still keeping my eye out for the Aurora, nothing yet.

Bird Houses

Thursday December 4th.

Megan : Today at school we got to build a bird house from the Hoe Depot! (aka Home Depot) Mom, can we go to the Hoe Depot Store someday?

They had some volunteers come to school and had a Home Depot Kid Workshop (You usually have to sign up and attend them at the actual store I think) They got to put together some bird houses made out of wood, and she had a blast! I haven't seen it yet, as today they painted them and then they needed to dry over the weekend. I am looking forward to seeing her finished project! I'll take a picture of it for you to see also!
