Our Christmas Afternoon

Well, we had a pretty nice and relaxing day. Stayed in our jamies all day long and played with our new toys and things. Megan loves the karaoke game! She played it over and over again.. Ashley likes to just observe for now..

Landon slept alot like always.

She loves her new horse. It can walk by itself and has wings that pop out too, so it can fly.. Ashley's very happy.

Megan loves to hold little Brother, any chance she gets she takes..

What a fabulous job they did! They all look so Delicious!

Megan the pro, is concentrating hard to get all the details just right... She really is good at art!

Ashley doing a fine job as well.. She is more of a Picasso then a regular artist type of a girl.

They pretty much did these by themselves, from start to finish.. They are getting big! They had a good time.

I'm just a girl who smells like a cookie

Kiersten Graddy brought these over in a cute little Christmas container last night. I haven't tried the chocolate chip cookies yet, but the little chocolate balls I tried... And oh, myyyy gossshh! They hit the spot! I'm going to ask her for the recipe because I'm going to have to make these for you. I think you will really like them too. They are chocolate balls filled with some kind of a...crispie...goey...yummi....um... they're good okay! I had two and that was enough, they're pretty rich.

As we had the Van in the shop for new brakes, I took the chance of putting your truck in the garage. I first cleared it of snow, as it had snowed all night. Then I had to get it out of it's parking spot. I didn't realize how strong the truck actually is and I dug right through the big snow bank as I backed it up with ease! The garage had tons of water on the floor after the Truck had "de-thawed". It had so much hard ice baked in on it! I have decided to try to bring it in for de-thawing once a month or so. I think it might be good for it. The truck looks great, don't you think?!

The cutest boy in the world..

These aren't the best pictures taken but I took them one night when he was in a real good mood. I'm holding him in one arm, taking a picture in the other. He loves to be held and seeing stuff around him. I like these pictures because he is such a cutie and they show different sides and moods in him.. He is perfect to me, from his head to his little toes! I can't get enough of the little guy!

Our neighbours are too sweet! This is what they brought us a few nights ago. Merry Christmas!

Ok, time for a joke!

A blonde woman was speeding down the road in her little yellow bug and was pulled over by a woman police officer who was also a blonde.

The blonde cop asked to see the blondes driver's license. She dug through her purse and was getting progressively more agitated..

What does it look like?' she finally asked. The policewoman replied, 'It's square and it has your picture on it.'

The driver finally found a square mirror in her purse, looked at it, and handed it to the policewoman. 'Here it is,' she said.

The blonde officer looked at the mirror, then handed it back saying, 'Okay, you can go. I didn't realize you were a cop.'


Wasn't that funny?! You say something fun now baby! So we can laugh... Love ya'

Christmas Play

Here's the stud muffin doing some sit-ups. He's getting pretty strong and more aware of his body. He's eager to be able to sit up by himself and is looking all around more latley too. He is growing up way too fast!

The sign has been Revealed

A few weeks ago they officially revealed the sign of Denali Village. I think it is the nicest sign of a housing community on this post, and it just figures that it is the one right by the gate for civilians and others to see.. Anyways, I like the sign, and thought I would show you since you were curious of the finished results also.

Gingerbread House

This weekend for our Family fun, we decorated a Gingerbread House. Mom put the icing on and had a blast. Then the girls had their fun decorating their side of the roof, house and front doors. Here's their finished projects! Notice the Christmas trees in the front yards...

Time of day

This is what it looks like at 1:30 on our way to pick up Megan from school. Only 10 more days of it getting darker, then on to brighter days..

The pretzel

We went to Sam's this morning while Meg was at school, got the tires put on and balanced. It took about an hour. They gave us a 60 dollar discount on top off everything, I was very happy.
While waiting we took the time to uphold our new "family tradition" -time for some Pretzel.

I was going to load some pictures from my trip to Kuwait but it takes way too long so I will try it in Al Kutt. Hopefully it will be faster. If not I will just put the pictures on a CD and send it to you so you can see them. I love you very much and hope you can feel the warmth of my love. Stay safe and strong and this will be over soon.

Ashley got these last Sunday in her Primary class. She just loves them! She's been wearing them while playing all week. Funny girl.

Ashley loves to talk, sing, read books, make him smile and...to dress him up! That boy is always being pampered.

The Doctor Visit

Just got back from the Clinic and found out he is 15 pounds 7 oz! Wow! What a big boy he is! So, his weight is still in the 100% , he going at the exact same rate since birth -as he should, considering his birth weight. So he's doing just fine! Length is 23.5 inches =75% and head is 50% at 15.80 inches. I was surprised about the head %, Landon's head looks kind of big to me, but he said all little baby heads are large compared to their bodies right now, but compared to other babies his age he is at 50%. So that makes sense. He's on the Swedish side of the family, that's for sure, growing just like Ashley did. It's funny to me!

Then he got his shots, he cried for a little bit. I put him down in the car seat as we were just leaving and he closed his eyes and went to sleep. Just like that! He's such a sweetheart! Gotta love that baby!

Look at what our ward does for the baby blessings here! I just got it today from the Ward Clerk. Isn't that neat? I love it!

The Old Lady

Saturday the old lady turned 27. She requested Potato Soup for dinner.. Aaah, it was so good!

Then we went real quick and picked up some Sunday pies at BK. The girls sang loud and proud to their momma! They are taking good care of me, they are too sweet!

Ashley almost passed out (as expected) from tasting the ice-cream pie. It was a thumb up!

Same with Megster, she said it was delicious!

Then it was time for movie night!! We saw wall-e, the girls got some candy and popcorn. Too much sweets for the girls this weekend.. The girls said they had a fun night -contrary to Ashley's face of horror :) 

The baby boy who is way to cute!

He is so full of smiles lately, what an adorable little guy he is. He is such a good baby!

I still love his more serious side, too! In fact, everything about this guy I just love... He's too cute! Definitely a keeper.

Ashley did her own hair last night. She came down stairs after her hard work (there's little knick knacks in the back of her head too..) and asked me in her sweet but serious tone -Do I Look perfect mom?
Of course she did! Little Ashley Munchkin...
